I had the experience of having Flager & Associates represent me on my liability case. Of course it was during the height of covid when I contracted with them. Even though it was almost 2 years when I met them in person I felt confident with them. They answered all my question no matter how small or trial. This is by far the worst PI group ever. They took my case for a slip and fall at my apartment on the ice, and had all of my information. There were no surprises, After over a year of seeing doctors, therapy and MRI's I was called by one of their attorney's telling me that they are dropping my case. They could have told me that upfront. I was told that they cannot prove my injuries were due to my fall on the ice. I could have saved allot of time if they told me that in the beginning. Very curious as to why I had to go through all that I did, then told they cannot prove anything. The worst group ever. Thank you for responding to my review. But the point I was trying to make is that you had all of the information within 30 days but yet this could’ve been wrapped up in 90 days instead of it going on for over a year that’s my point.

I would highly recommend Randy Flager and his associates. After my car accident I wasn't sure which way to turn I had some serious injuries and a lot of hospital bills. I contacted Randy's office he got me right in took my file over handled all the phone calls and coordination with the other insurance companies. He helped me get a settlement for my pain and suffering.His staff was great at communicating what I needed to do if anything and he got me a great settlement
