I don't even know where to start.
Absolute without a doubt the best PI team on the planet as far as I'm concerned. Randy and his team were amazing. He settled two cases for me and I couldn't have had a better result. Randy never gave up. He's a fighter. He will get the best results for any matter he takes on. The staff are all wonderful warm and they make you feel like family!
I recommend him 100 times over.

Very positive experience. Personalized attention, spoke to a real person with every phone call, prompt responses to my concerns. Flager and Associates did all the work so I could recover from my injuries worry free. I would absolutely recommend Flager and Associates to any one involved in a motor vehicle accident.

This was my first experience with a personal injury case. Randall, Adam, and their staff, were helpful, reassuring, and great to deal with. I tried not to bother them with frivolous phone calls and questions but if I did have an issue they responded quickly, instead of ignoring me. I truly felt that I could trust them and that they were on my side. As my case concluded, Randall fought to get me the best settlement he could.
