My review was deleted . I had similar experience with the other reviewer. He promised to have a zoom meeting if I paid him $950, so I made the payment . But after I made a payment , he avoided me so I fired him. I don’t do phone calls because I am hearing impaired, but he wrote in court document that I kept calling me even after he refused to represent me ! Do not hire this attorney. He is untrustworthy and vindictive . It hurts his ego when you fire him and will do whatever he could to defame you even if he means he has to lie on legal settings . Reply: yes Google deletes honest reviews especially if the subjects of the reviews lie to them like in this case. My review is truthful. See how he responds, also to the other . reviewers. Abusive, delusional and unprofessional. i never harassed anyone but I was harassed including by this lawyer . See how he revenged his client when he is fired. He twisted the information shared with him to do whatever he could to harm the case. I am innocent . I hired a lawyer because an abusive narcissistic and delusional person was harassing my family to the point that my children was in danger but she was able to flip it as if I was harassing them, as delusional and as narcissistic as like Vincent Caputo. As I said, I am hearing impaired. See how he lies that I kept calling him. I would not recommend him even to my worst enemy. Google please protect your user from this lawyer. How many honest reviews did he manage to get deleted ?? His job was to defend his client from false charge instead he deliberately lied to harm the case because he was fired . I have emails that prove that I did not want you to represent me not the way around. Very unprofessional. It is laughable that he made it sound like he had to fight to withdraw his representation. What he did was filing a paperwork which is just a standard procedure when a lawyer is not longer representing a client because he was fired and the judge will always approve this paperwork 10 out of 10. You can read how he attempted to make it sound like I was a bad person and he was the victim. Stay away from this attorney. He would not hesitate to lie when his inflated ego got hurt but unfortunately he has just to accept that he is an unethical, unprofessional and incompetent attorney.

Mr. James S. Tupitza answer a legal question about a landlord/tenant case. He was fast, informative, and overall very kind. He had no obligation to help nor did I pay him. But he still answer my legal questions and I very very very pleased with his service. I would definetly recommend this lawyer. If He helps people on here without paying him, then I am convinced he would be a honest and helpful attourney if were paying. Thanks again James, cant thank you enough.

I've been a landlord for over 30 years. Jim has represented me for the past 20. He's a clear thinker, knows real estate law better than anyone I know, and is a good straight shooter to deal with. I appreciate that he is a good judge of the clients knowledge and capability. This law firm will be quick to take your money and then literally sit on your case for months or years. To take any action, they will then imform you their rates have gone up and they want more retainer $$. They did nothing on my case. Not even capable of writing a simple demand letter. An absolute waste of money.
