Very Unprofessional, Condescending, Rude & Belligerent. He has a brash attitude. He over talks, yells and argue with his clients and customers. He puts pressure on clients, instead of fighting for them. He does not fight for the best interest of his clients. He will leave you wondering if he's on your side or the District Attorney side. His focus was and is the money, the payments. He forced my relative to take a 30-60year deal and got paid Great Money to do NOTHING. A public defender could've got this deal. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Vincent Caputo for nothing, not even to represent my animal.

Vince is an amazing lawyer. He is thorough and timely with all of his work. Vince walks and talks with integrity and character. I'm not one to refer or recommend anyone but will say that working with Vince was 100% the best experience and decision that I made. I have worked with many attorneys both professionally and privately and highly recommend him! He was always available or called back within minutes. Vince consistently followed up with me often and guided me through every step of the way. He worked hard for me, and my case was resolved quickly with a much brighter future. I watch Vince 7 days a week and all hours of the day and night talk to perspective and existing clients. He takes care in comforting and guiding clients but also at times he needs to deliver the brutal truth. He offers his knowledge to many, often not receiving any compensation. Well I was in desperate need for an attorney for my fiancé. He told me if I hire him he can get my fiance home at his next court date, this is a easy case blah blah blah.. .This man VINCENT CAPUTO charged me $1,000 and then 30 mins later told me he wouldn't represent him threw text, not even a phone call. I am still waiting on the refund. I called his office 3xs with no answer from him or the lady Nicole. It was a nightmare trying to get more money together for another lawyer. I find them unprofessional, inconsiderate and money hungry. He should of did his digging into the case before charging me. Not all of us get paid like a lawyer does. people are going threw financial difficulties due to this pandemic. On top of it I am from NY. So its not like I had the option of going into his office to meet.

Louis Caputo was very responsive and patient. I was feeling out a new business idea and go to market strategy. Louis took the time to listen as I asked question after question for almost an hour. I learned more about alcohol laws in that hour than weeks of “googling” If I move forward I’ll certainly be utilizing this firm.

Mr. Caputo was quick to answers questions regarding an unfortunate situation. He guided me to resources and suggestions that will help me decide a course of action. Highly recommend
