We recently had the pleasure of working with Jen Walker and Peak Legal Group to develop a comprehensive estate plan that fit our family's needs. Jen was very responsive throughout and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her approach made the process educational and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to prepare or update their own estate plan.

We went to Jennifer to create an estate plan/will just to make sure our children would be cared for if something were to happen to us. We had no idea how incredible the attention to detail would be. Jennifer thought of things we had never considered, helped us solve potential problems we didn’t know could arise, and explained everything in a language that people actually speak (we had encountered “lawyer-ese” before and were anxious to avoid it). The entire process with Jennifer was so smooth! She walked us through every step of the estate planning process and answered every question we had along the way with clear explanation and patience. Some lawyers talk down to you as if you aren’t intelligent enough to understand. Not Jennifer. It is her very clear goal for you to understand every step along the way. The end process was a beautiful binder holding all of our paper work for easy reference. We left the office feeling such a sense of peace knowing that everything was settled and was handled by a professional. We also know that if we have any questions along the way, we have a partner in the process who will always be there for us and our family. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Jennifer Walker made updating my Will, POA and advance medical directive easy. Jen took the time to explain everything involved to me in a language I could understand. She and her assistant Anne Marie made the whole process painless and kind of fun. Jen explained the different options available and assisted me in choosing the best fit for my situation, she didn’t try to sell me the most expensive package. I highly recommend Jen Walker for estate planning services she is wonderful to work with.

Jennifer Walker made the updating of our wills, and getting medical directives and power of attorney established, pleasant and stress free. She was knowledgeable and honest about what type of will or trust would be in our best interest. She explained any concerns we had and let us know that possible future tweaks were not an issue.

We were referred to Jennifer for estate planning and were very please with the service we received. Jennifer has a very comforting approach to the estate planning process. The first time we had a will and health directive drafted about 10 years ago, we went to a lawyer, got all the paperwork done and then never spoke with that lawyer again. One day, my wife mentioned that if something happened to me, she wouldn't know where to begin or whom to contact about the estate planning process. With the plans that Jennifer offers, there are packages which cover all the document preparation, but also cover you for the rest of your life. If we have questions in the future about making modifications to any of our documents or if there were any issues that come up later, we can go to her. To pay up front once and not have to worry about "lawyer's hourly rates" later on, is comforting. It also lets me feel comfortable my wife has someone to go to in case something happens. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend her services to anyone.

Jennifer helped me with all of the legal issues that surrounded my husband’s death...without a will. Jennifer was aware that this was a difficult time for me and that my ability to understand the process was clouded by my grief. She met with my two sisters and me on a couple of occasions and explained EVERYTHING I needed to do in detail, including all of the legal issues she would be taking care of. The tasks that only I could do were clearly spelled out for me by her. I NEVER had a question that she didn't answer in detail. Aside from her professionalism and knowledge of the law, she's a very kind person that is easily approachable...I would recommend her to any one that needs legal advice in her area of expertise. She did a great job for me!

I should have gone to see Jen Walker a long time ago. She helped me with my mother's estate and gave me advice I had not thought about. She knew everything there is to know about applying for Medicaid and suggestions for my future estate planning. Would definitely recommend her.
