Evan Kelly was extremely knowledgeable about the law; the ins and outs of every step of your process will be explained. His confidence in his position and his rapport with colleagues, law enforcement, etc. has a way of keeping you grounded through the duration of the whole process. Evan Kelly is a very great person and lawyer as well. He’s very known meaning he been doing a great job for a very long time. He help me get a deal that allowed me to keep a pretty much clean record that doesn’t stop me from having a good job. Thanks to him I’m free and living my best life. If your in Chester county there’s no other attorney I would recommend to use especially when it comes to staying clean and out of prison.

I don't know where to begin. I had no idea what to do when faced with multiple felonies and multiple misdemeanors. Out of my nature, I incriminated myself. Evan Kelly and Greg Francis helped get me out of an impossible situation, they got me a plea deal of a single misdemeanor and 1 year probation. They know how to calm clients down and assure them that they are doing their best. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Atty. Kelly. He was so supportive and knowledegable, and available to give guidance at any time to me and my son. Always reassuring and kind during a very stressful time. Could not have asked for a better outcome for my son's case, which, by legal standards, was not a major case by any means, but more of a misunderstanding. Atty. Kelly understood our concern and always made us feel like our case was just as important as any other. Legal Assistant Julie was wonderful. Both made the whole experience much less stressful. Can't thank them enough!
