Recently, my business had some correspondence regarding a mortgage which had been paid off a decade earlier. On the recommendation of a friend, I phoned Attorney McDonald. She was able to research the matter, contact the Industrial Development board which had issued the mortgage, which had been paid off on time, with never a late payment, and obtained the release of lien. She said it was a relatively simple matter, but property liens are never simple when they involve your property. Thank you, Ms. McDonald!

Ms McDonald helped us in a dispute with our apartment managers who attempted to charge us 4 months rent when we broke the lease though the terms should have been read otherwise. With minimal legal fees, we avoided huge arguments with them and they agreed to only charge us 1 month rent.

Mark was able to assist my son in gaining acceptance into Drug Court, which allows him the opportunity to make some very bad decisions, right, without the penalty of criminal charges that would potentially effect his entire future. Mark clearly knows the ins and outs of the process. We are grateful for his help.

Marc Lieberman was there when I really needed him. It was such a crazy situation where I had a registration for my car, but the officer said it was not valid and removed my license plate to send back to PennDot. I was about to have my license suspended, and I am the sole driver for eight people! Marc was calm and walked me through the process with ease, which is something no one at PennDot, the police station, nor the courthouse would do. He really listened, and even though I knew the situation could go either way, I felt we worked as a team and we did everything we could. The outcome was great, and my license was not suspended. Once Marc got involved, everything worked out within a couple weeks, and that was after several months of trying to find out who had my license plate. I will definitely use Marc in the future, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to my friends, family, and anyone who needs a solid attorney who is well-liked in the community.

I had gotten a DUIa few years back, to my surprise it was not as cleared up as I thought. I tried one of those advertisements with a "guarantee". . .didnt work! I was looking for the man that had my back years ago. I will NEVER seek out another lawyer, or refer anyone I know to waste their time with anybody other than Mr. Lieberman, I suggest you do the same!

I first met Marc when he was with the PD office. I was an immature college kid with multiple pending DUIs.
