I had an interesting situation that took place in the college town of West Chester, PA a few weeks ago. I had just moved here from Ohio, for business. I arrived by taxi at a bar that was playing live music, right around the corner from the hookah bar, at approximately 12am. I had 3 mixed drinks and at about 2:00am, I walked out of the bar restroom, approached the bar and asked the bartender for another drink. The bartender replied, "Last call already happened, GET THE F**K OUT!!) I called that bartender an "A** Hole" for being a real jerk. Apparently my words hurt him so he had the bouncers kick me out of the bar. Once I exited the bar, I called a cab and headed around the corner to the hookah bar to wait for my taxi. On the way, I gave a homeless man $10.00 and I invited a group of 4 to join me at the hookah bar and keep smoking my hookah once my cab came. At the tail end of my invitation speech to the party 0f 4, several police cars pulled up on my left and surrounded me. One police officer said, "You are the guy we are looking for!" I tried asking why they were there but they just tackled me! They were very abusive and wouldn't let me speak. They put hand cuffs on me, shoved me in one of their vehicles and took me to the police station. When we walked in the police station, the police officers began yelling at me again and they slammed my head into a desk several times. After that, I was thrown into a jail cell for the night. I woke up with a black eye, swollen lip, a swollen jaw and huge knots in the back of my head. I was handed a ticket for "public drunkenness" and released. In my opinion, the charge was quite ridiculous! In my opinion, the only people who were being obnoxious and overly dramatic, were the police officers. So... I called Mr. Marc Jason Lieberman, Attorney at Law. Marc made no promises but said he would try and get that charge down to a loud disturbance. Well... today is my court date. I appeared at 9:00 am and about two minutes after my arrival, Mr. Lieberman walked in. He said hello and that he would go talk to the judge and the police officer. Mr. Lieberman was able to get my charge down to a "loud complaint" which will just show on my record as a very minor charge of playing loud music. I am grateful that Mr. Lieberman cared about my case and was able to help me. Not only would I recommend Marc again but I would hire him again in a second. Hopefully I will never need to hire Mr. Lieberman again seems how he is a criminal attorney and... all and I have a clean record. Finishing Statement: On the night of the incident, I was just being a law abiding American. I left my truck at home and took a cab to the bar, I respected the other customers when in the bar and used my "freedom of Speech" right, the first amendment, (when I called the bartender an A** Hole). There was absolutely no reason whatsoever to be beat up by several police officers and thrown in jail. They created a problem that didn't exist. For that reason, I assume the bouncer who called the police on me obviously knows the police officers.. Since this incident, I have moved out of West Chester and will never be going back. I will remain in Exton and Philly. So if you are reading this and plan to drink in West Chester, make sure you are ultra sweet to the bartenders because you just might encounter a bartender with very low self-esteem, that gets his feelings hurt easily. It's really not worth the experience I had. I head an excruciating headache for a week. Not cool West Chester Police! To those who did what they did to me, I promise you will get your Karma! The world works in mysterious ways! Thanks for all your help Marc!

Marc was great to work with. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood the entire process. He fully prepared me for the hearing and was clearly well respected by the officer and Judge. I would highly recommend him if you need help with a traffic ticket.
