I can only echo what others have already said about Mike DiCindo. There are plenty of lawyers in west chester that will offer their services for you but none will fight for you like Mike will! After I got myself into trouble with 2nd dui, I found it difficult to get any answers from my public defender. I tried myself to approach the court and get answer I ran into the same difficulties. A few months of getting no where I decided I needed professional help and search online for a lawyer. Mikes name popped up and thought how can a lawyer have 5 stars. I went thru his website and left my contact info and a brief summary of my charges. Maybe 30 minutes late, on a Sunday evening I might add, Mike called me and we chatted and set up a date to meet. I knew then I had found the guy. He takes the stress off your back. He makes you feel more like a friend than then just a client. My case was not an easy case to handle and he never backed down and I ended up with the best possible outcome I could get. I am forever grateful for Mike and the work his has done. Mike is as advertised, 5 star! Thank you again

Michael was extremely helpful and kind while helping me navigate my case. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know thoroughly and in language easy to understand. He was always easy to get a hold of and would respond with any questions pretty immediately. He made me feel safe and was never impatient with any of my concerns, while also giving me the honest answers I was looking for. I felt prepared for any outcome. In person, he was very friendly and easy going. His prices are more than fair and if I ever have another issue I will always go to him first. Highly recommend.

Michael is as friendly as he is competent. He first helped my Son and then later he helped me. He clearly has a connection with the people in the community and his communication was excellent throughout the process. After talking to several other law firms and hours of careful review I found Mike DiCindio…. And his reputation indeed preceeds himself. He was very reassuring while also being up front and honest about every scenario and what would be in my best interest. Not only is he intelligent and thorough it’s obvious upon meeting him that he handles every client and case with the same effort across the board, regardless of how big or how small. I can't say enough good things about Mike DiCindio. He is an incredible lawyer who understands the space that he operates in. At all times it was clear that my case was important to him. Don't hesitate to retain Mike, you won't regret it. I was in a really tough position when I began researching attorney's to represent me. With my specific case, my family was involved so hit very close to home. From the moment I made contact with Mike, it was clear that he cared. Let's talk about the elephant in the room.. Lawyers are expensive. I have never really had to retain a lawyer in my life, so the cost can look scary. When I tell you Mike's time and support is worth every penny.. i truly mean it. I would have paid triple his hourly rate to retain him, without question. 5 stars just simply doesn't explain Mike's reputation. He is genuinely the best there is. ***Five Stars is not enough*** When I needed representation, I spent many hours researching, having discussions with many different attorneys/law firms and figuring out what was best for me. As I went through my process, which at the time I was under severe stress due to the potential outcome of the case, I wanted a different kind of lawyer, I wanted one that knew the system, process and people involved. These were questions I asked during consultations, "Who do you know". Many lawyers had great relationships w/in the systems (yes they do name drop), had a long standing practice, had experience working for the courts, but were missing a touch of personalization that I was looking for. DiCindio Law brought that! I did not feel, no I never felt like another client, I felt like a person that went through something difficult and I felt confident that Mike was the guy to represent me to guide me through the process. The ability to provide empathy to the client, set realistic expectations and ALWAYS, I mean ALWAYS! answer your call/text/email. I will say, these little things go a very long way when you are on this side of the table Fun fact, Mike called me on Sunday while sitting at a pool, my point is, he cares and he shows it with his approach and dedication. I could not be happier with my outcome and picking DiCindio Law. I would recommend DiCindio Law 100/100 times as I know you will not be disappointed in the service you receive. On the site it says "Attorney Mike DiCindio fiercely represents you as if he’s fighting to protect his own family’s freedom and dignity". I can understand how this could be some sales propaganda to make potential clients feel warm and fuzzy, this is not the case with Mike. You will feel he is fighting for you as if you were family. At the end of the day, you need to be comfortable with who you decide will represent you, so take some time, speak to attorneys that specialize in your situation, but I can tell you, one discussion with Mike and you can save all that time. He is 100% your guy and you can not go wrong working with him. And yes, you will speak with him and he will represent you (you will not be passed off to another attorney). My review is unsolicited; this was me wanting to tell my story as I have been where you are. The stress/anxiety that one faces at the beginning of the process is enough, do not let hiring the right attorney add to that. Hire Mike and his firm and you can begin focusing on getting through your situation and getting it behind you the right way. Thanks Mike, I owe you!
