Awesome attorney. Highly recommended them.

Rebecca Smith, Esq. handled my divorce. She and her staff were excellent to deal with and very professional at all times. We laid out a plan based on very reasonable terms backed up by objective measures that minimized negotiating back and forth. Billing rate was very reasonable and invoicing was straight forward. I was very happy with the service I received. This was about as painless as a divorce could be. Thank you!

Kopecki was the worst lawyer i ever could have hired. Once paid he stopped doing all work and would disappear upon phone calls. At one point i was even told he was out of the country and then a day later seen him around. He was given evidence he refused to use stating it was to much to go through. He refused to speak up on my behalf stating he did not want put the judge in a bad mood. Anything you ask him to do he will what he wants excusing anything you ask. I would not recommend him as an attorney

Rebecca is an awesome family law attorney! She was the second attorney I used in a case and couldn't have been more pleased with how it was handled. Although having any attorney can be expensive, I didn't feel her prices were outrageous, which is something I ran into with the previous person I used. Communication throughout the entire process was great too. Highly recommend!!

Good legal advise.

Rebecca was difficult to get a hold of. When she would reach out to me, it was to reprimand me for actions the opposing party falsely accused me of. $2000 got me a custody order filled with ridiculous stipulations that have since hindered my relationship with my son and other attorneys have advised me should NEVER HAVE been included in the order. Would never recommend to anyone.

Before we even met Rebecca Smith I knew she was the attorney I wanted to help us with our adoption case. This case was particularly difficult because the biological mother was out of state and hard to reach. To make a long and happy, story short, Rebecca and her staff were incredibly professional, understanding, empathetic, and patient (with my constant phone calls), and extremely knowledgeable. I really can't put into words how thankful to her that I am and how much I appreciate all she's done for us. She was definitely a joy to work with and made this whole process so much easier than it could of been. She truly cares about her clients and not because of monetary reasons. I would (and will) highly recommend her to anyone I know who's looking for a lawyer.
