Mike did a great job with my Dui case! I highly recommend him!!

Mike did an outstanding job representing me in my DUI case. I was convicted of a tier 3 DUI and looking at 30-45 days of jail time. However, I ended up with 90 days of house arrest which was a major victory as I was able to retain my employment. I would highly recommend Carrucoli and Associates and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Mike did an incredible job representing me. I was looking at 30-45 days jail time for a tier 3 DUI but he was able to get my sentence reduced to 90 days house arrest. This benefited me in that I was able to retain my job and therefore income. I would highly recommend Mike to anybody in need of an attorney. Mike is awesome and is more than a lawyer. After I was arrested for DUI I thought I was going to lose my driving privilege and my job (since my job require me to drive). But Mike saved the day for me. He helped me retain my driver license and best of all my job was saved.

Attorney Carrucoli was able to get most of the charges dropped and reduced to a fine. He was very good about carefully explaining the situation and procedures for my son. My son had a single-car accident, mid-morning, on a rain soaked highway. At the hospital, his blood was drawn. Despite no alcohol and only a normal dose of his prescription medication; he was charged with a DUI. The charges were a result of the level of his prescribed medication; the effects of which do not cause an impairment. Mr. Carrucoli and his partner worked with us and the D.A. to address the absurdity of the charges. In the end, the DUI charge was dismissed, my son was exonerated. Mr. Carrucoli assured us that he would do everything he could to help and he came through. My son is a straight-A college student who had no traffic violations. This incident could have put him on a course that would have erased the hard work he has done his whole life. I am just happy that we were able to hire Carrucoli & Associates to represent my son. If not for his understanding of the law, his patience and persistence, and dedication to his clients' best interest, my son would be at best facing ARD and worse a DUI record for taking his prescription. I am pleased to recommend Carrucoli & Associates to anyone looking for a great attorney and great firm.

Atty Carrucoli is on top of his game. I had a charge completely dismissed by the judge dispite the officer insisting on keeping the charges. Very knowledgable and up to date on new legislation.
