I posted a negative review about this law firm after being turned away by his answering service for what is probably an understandable conclusion from the young woman that answered the phone. The lawyer saw my review, reviewed the recording of my call, and then called me to discuss my legal issues. He was helpful, apologetic, informative, and professional. He went to great lengths to clarify certain things for me, and referred me to another lawyer that has a practice more suited to my issue. He also made several suggestions for things to pursue in the interim to help establish a precedent and postulated on where exactly the case may exist based on my explanation of it.

I retained this attorney for a bankruptcy. I paid $1750 including the filing fee. I gave them the supplied documents and completed my credit counseling and that was sent to the attorney. I made multiple phone calls and attempts at his office to reach them. I requested a refund of my filing fee and any unused portion of the legal fees. The attorney got angry and refused a refund of the filing fee which was never filed or any unused legal fees. Highly recommend a different attorney.
