When Wendy answered the phone that day, she did so with kindness and grace, not greed. Her focus was on helping me understand my situation and her words were comforting. I spoke with both Jeremy and Wendy, both were very knowledgeable, kind and supportive- beyond what's necessary to do business. I expected to be treated like a potential paycheck, but that was never the case. They were always courteous, kind, patient and supportive, even when answering my seemingly endless questions. Talking to Wendy cost me nothing but gave me clarity and peace of mind.
