Linda personally shepherded us, over a period of several months through the process of setting up a trust that included in-state and out-of-state property. She helped us solve co-op issues as well. Throughout, she provided a firm guiding hand, kept moving us along--it is hard to think about "after I'm/we're gone"--to achieve goals we had set together in our initial meeting. She was thorough, made sure all the "i's" were dotted, "t's crossed. In meetings, she made excellent use of every minute, covered everything. She kept in touch regularly, was available to answer questions especially by email, and just did an all-round topnotch job. Her advice was timely, consistent, and accurate. And her fees are reasonable, especially given that she herself oversees all the work and keeps in contact with you personally.

I was referered to Ms.Rowland by a another attorney who felt that she was a better fit for my case. My case started out as a CPS case with a protection order later added. Ms.Rowland on our 1st court date won and my custody order remained unchanged. Then instead of having to attend court the next day over a protective order she was able to get that withdrew and held mediation instead which resulted only in minimal changes. Ms.Rowland was always very upfront with me and always gave me the choices of very best outcome or the worst outcome. She was always a phone call away no matter the day or time. As a mother also she would sit and let me cry and just listen she truly understands and is truly all in with her clients. Her fees are reasonable and she explains that fully in your consultation. A family member passed away without a will, and Trey helped with getting the debts handled and the assets distributed. He was very easy to work with and knowledgeable with all my questions. I was skeptical about being able to remove a Federal tax lien Voss filed on 6 different properties.
Rhett gathered all necessary documents, organization, tax returns, all federal filings, and proved it was filed erroneously on me.
He followed through with the IRS weekly. Once Rhett was able to reach a name in the IRS that dealt with this particular problem, he dug his heals in and was able to release lien from start to finish in less than 90 days.

Went in for a consultation with Palmer Law Group after having to terminate my previous lawyer due to communication barriers. I got ahold of someone as soon as I called to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the next morning. I called back later because I forgot my appointment time and got a phone call back AFTER HOURS from Emily who was able to confirm the time. I have never seen a law office that is willing to go above and beyond working around the clock to ensure clients needs are addressed. They also seem to have implemented some excellent software to keep the entire team on the same page regarding cases. I left the consultation knowing that Dana already knew what approach was necessary in order to get the results I wanted. He didnt sugar coat anything and was up front about potential costs for each step.

Eli is such a compassionate and accommodating lawyer. When he came to my father's home for a consultation regarding setting up a trust, he did not rush, and answered all my father's questions. Mr Wellerstein gave me an abundance of assistance in accessing all the help available to me when my wife was fighting a losing battle with cancer.
He prepared disability paperwork for state filings, he put me in touch with agencies for Home Care.
I was in kind of a desperate place, and he gave me reassurance and showed compassion.
In the end he said he was giving back to the community and did not charge me for the work.
But I am not recommending him for that reason, it's for all the other things that I spoke of. He has an easy manner and can quickly gain the confidence of someone in need of his services. He is straightforward, and not pushy in any way. You feel like you have a hundred percent of his attention. He returns phone calls promptly.

I'M HAPPY TO SAY I hired Brett Pritchard after a Free Consultation in March of this year regarding a SAPCR Suit in which I filed. During that consultation I felt that he felt my pain and trusted Brett and his firm to do the best job that they could do for my case, which I understood could have been very lengthy and very costly.
I cared for a child for over 11 years that I had no legal rights too. After the biological parent decided she wanted her child to live with her, and after the child told me they didn't want to go, I had to do something, so I filed a SAPCR (Suit Affecting the Parent-Child Relationship) afterwards I needed an Attorney!!! Everyone in his office felt my pain, well at least that's how I felt, from the Receptionist, to the paralegals to the Attorneys, everyone was warm, kind, polite and extremely Professional. Brent Sykora was my Attorney from the law firm, he was very helpful, always available if I needed to speak with him, keeping me advised with important information regarding my case. The paralegals are the best in responding to your messages and uploading any and all documentation. I could log into the portal anytime of the day or night to check my case information, which included everything from documents to billing. Whenever I would visit the office, the most wonderful stylish lady greeted me with a smile and kinds words. Without making my story into a book, I am now Joint Conservator Manager of my Sweetheart. We are now able to see each other again without anyone saying otherwise. Through Mediation the opposing party finally agreed to Joint Custody to avoid Trial, we were indeed ready for Trial!!
I know who will have my business should I need to seek legal counsel again. In the best interest of the child is the part that most adults forget, it's not about us, it's about that precious child and keeping those he loves in their life. Do your research if this happens to you, clearly you have rights in the State of Texas if you cared for a child for a six month period regardless if you're related to the child or not, but you have a 60 day window to file paperwork or you'll forfeit your rights and lose any chance you have to remain in the child's life. You MUST Seek good/excellent Counsel to ensure that you are Represented accordingly.

Nick did amazing! I needed him on a dime and he was there and I got my son back immediately after he was being held from me unlawfully. Mistakenly I used a crook of an attorney before him and she did absolutely nothing for me! Nick did more for me and didn’t even charge me a fourth of what the other lawyer charged me! I HIGHLY recommend this law firm. I approached Mr. Jesse Atkins for legal adivce regarding real-estate property rights. I was concerned about the high prices most attorneys charge to help answer a brief and specific question without the prospective client having any gurantee the question is within the attorney's area of expertise. Dealing with a lawyer we never met from out of state and through email only I was honestly a little skeptical about the service we would receive. My three brothers and I hired Jesse to handle our oldest brother's estate throughout the probate process which included the selling of his condominium. Jesse put any of my doubts aside as he was outstanding from the start. He continuously provided us information pertaining to the case throughout the entire process. Greg was better than I could have imagined. My case came up just a few days before I was supposed to leave the country and he handled it perfectly. He talked with the judges and prosecutors to move my court dates earlier so I was able to travel, explain my situation and worked out a solution that allowed me to continue my plans as if nothing happened. Even while out of country he has been in contact with me for resolutions on all matters. Everything in my power will make sure I never need a lawyer again, but if so, or if someone I know needs a recommendation, I will not hesitate to give them Greg’s contact. If more than 5 stars were possible, I’d give 10.

I hired Gregory Hoffman to represent me in a civil case against an ex-partner of mine in December of 2020.
I will start off by saying that every case is different, and therefore, every outcome is different. Below is an account of my unique case and experience with Gregory Hoffman.
My case was kind of a two-parter and because of this, Mr. Hoffman and I had to appear in court a couple of times. Both times, Mr. Hoffman was incredible enough to travel over an hour from Rhode Island to Massachusetts where my case was being heard, and both times he wasn’t just punctual; he was early. I’ve heard horror stories of people waiting for their lawyers to show up for hours, and I’ve even heard some where the lawyer doesn’t show at all. Rest assured, Gregory Hoffman will show and he will be there on time, if not early.
Mr. Hoffman, himself, was quite professional. In court he was well dressed, articulate, calm, confident, and when it came to knowing the “rules of the game”, as they pertained to Massachusetts law, he was very well versed. He made sure that in the weeks leading up to the court date he and I were both thoroughly equipped with all the documentation we needed to aid us in emerging victorious.
What really speaks to the professionalism of any lawyer, though, is what hopes and dreams they try and sell you about your case. Please be aware that any good lawyer, will not attempt to sell you a single one. A good lawyer will not give you any false hope, nor make any promises nor guarantees as to the outcome of your case, and Gregory Hoffman was up front about this with me right from the start. He also didn’t compare my case with any other, either. He treated my case as its own unique entity and that’s exactly what I was looking for in representation.
Mr. Hoffman was also very compassionate and understanding when it came to me and the details of my case. Again, I’ve heard horror stories where lawyers will not walk through things with their clients because they don’t care, don’t have the time, or both. Once again, rest assured that Gregory Hoffman has a heart and actually cares about his clients. He was always readily available to answer any and all questions I had, he explained things clearly so that I understood, and he even made time after the second hearing to talk to me and give his opinion on my then situation, which I appreciated and valued very much.
The Court’s decision after the second hearing did, indeed, result in victory for us. Again, this review is not to guarantee a win should you hire Gregory Hoffman, but my opinion based on my personal experience is; if you do hire Mr. Hoffman, your chances of coming out on top and satisfied with your outcome are pretty high. ;)

My sister and I interviewed four estate planning attorneys, with one of them being James Owens. After the interviews it was a unanimous decision that James was the person we wanted to work with. He was much more friendly and personal than the others and his prices were significantly lower. We felt extremely comfortable with him. With the others it seemed like it would be strictly business and you would be “nickeled and dimed” for everything. After we hired James, he created a trust and an LLC for our mother. He did not disappoint us. We felt like we were dealing with a friend who genuinely wanted to help. My mother also loved working with him. James will not disappoint you and you will be very glad you chose him!

I've talked about doing a trust/will for two years. I talked to family and friends, and only one person I know has done this professionally, but couldn't remember details, so I decided to let my spirit lead me. I did a google search, and came across The Marshall Law office on Eastern... (not to be confused with Marshall law on 8th St.) Anyway, Sam Marshall has videos on his website explaining about wills, trust, probate, and after getting a better understanding, I decided to schedule an appointment. My appointment was with James Owens, and after we spoke, I knew that he was the one. He is patient, thorough, and his humor made me relax through this serious process. I'm not from the area but my 90 year old mother is, she recently lost her husband and he had done nothing towards a will. I called a few places in Henderson, and all I had was SLOW responses, misunderstood emails, and sometimes triple the price for what Marshall law did for us.
