Grant has helped my family with our estate planning needs over the past several years. There are many things I like about working with Grant, but honesty is at the top of my list. Grant is always up front about costs of services, and what he can and can’t deliver. I never feel pressured when working with Grant. He takes the time to answer my questions – all of them. I’m one of those people who actually reads everything, so I can be very detail oriented in what I want. Grant carefully explains the “legalese” to me, as well as pros and cons of the choices I have at my disposal, making it easy to make estate decisions. Grant really knows his stuff.

He is passionate about and highly skilled at his profession.
He is experienced, knowledgeable, intelligent, and has phenomenal listening skills. He is accessible, and responsive, and overall a great communicator. He is compassionate and is dedicated to achieving the best possible results.
He seemed to understand the mentality of my siblings and the situation I was facing with them as they had not only put themselves in charge of my mothers estate, but quickly alienated me upon our mothers sudden deterioration and death.
The highly emotional situation was very challenging for me as emotions clouded my perception and hindered my ability to navigate the manipulative actions of my siblings.
Had it not been for Mr. Padgett, I would have had a complete nervous breakdown and had to have given up on honoring my mother, her wishes, and the full inheritance she intended for me.

I was advised by my business attorney to hire Greg to co-represent with him, my children and I as we challenged my deceased wife’s family estate. It was an ag related situation. The co-council approach was found to be successful as Greg specialized in estate litigation cases and the business attorney specialized in ag law. Charlie Amen and his staff has educated and assisted our family many times in Estate and Tax matters. Both my parents and my wife's mother have been greatly helped from his advice. Everett helped me understand and avoid possible tax consequences to an insurance settlement I was going to receive. Everett is extremely knowledgeable but has no problems communicating when he needs to research something. He is professional but communicates legalese in layman's terms. I must say that I have never been in a situation where I even needed a lawyer to represent me and guide me along what I needed to do. But Nicole Heffel made the whole "rather unpleasant" ordeal a breeze. Having been accused of "assault and battery" and having a restraining order filed against me, Nicole was awesome in gathering the facts, witnesses, documents and held my hand through the process. She kept me informed of what could happen ... but in the end ... we came out smiling. Nicole is truly amazing at what she does. I called her with a rather complex issue, which she took the time to talk me through. She was never in a rush and helped me to understand every angle that I was facing with the situation. Stephen is by far the best real estate lawyer I have ever come across. I recently bought a house that took me more than 7 months to close. Just days before the scheduled initial closing, the bank took the property from the owner which meant the house was foreclose and was offered as a short sale. Stephen, stood by me knowing that I wanted the property. he encourage me, reached out to the other party's attorney to ensure the short sale process was sped up. At the end I got the key to the property with many thanks to the selfless help of Stephen. He is very indispensable and I was able to reach him at work, though his cell phone even at his home phone. This is my second dealing with Stephen, he help closed my first home which I sold in 2018 and now to my new home. I will highly recommend with Stephen.

My husband and I decided to do the "grown up" thing and get a trust. We had a will drawn up a number of years ago in another state and knew we needed an update. We were less than pleased with the attorney who drew up the will as we were treated as just one of many clients. Having checked with neighbors and friends, we scheduled an appointment with Becky.
From the first time in her office and throughout the process, we felt like VIPs. Significant time was spent finding out what we wanted, educating us on several options, and helping us make decisions best suited for our needs.
The cost of drawing up a trust was a bit of a shock until I saw the amount of work required to do it properly. My husband and I have made sure that our family members will not be burdened with all the work involved in probating a will. We are both pleased beyond measure with the final result.

I cannot speak high enough of Sam. My mother is diagnosed with terminal cancer and its a very touchy situation. While on the consultation, both my mom and myself were crying and Sam was also compassionate and got teary eyed. Through out the entire call she was kind and respectful and listened. We had a free 30 min consultation that turned into an hour and she never acted like it was an inconvience or that this was about the money. It was about my mom and our family and making sure we are protected. It was about her understanding how sensitive this matter is and taking the time to show kindness and compassion for someone in one of the hardest times of their life. I wish I could give more stars and I know that words will just not do Sam justice. Our family will forever be greatful for the time and care she took with our mother. I really can’t say enough positive things about Sarah Ocampo and Nicki Beard! They helped me navigate the really weird world of probate after I lost my parents. In December, my world was turned upside down. My best friend, my mentor, my dear father passed away. I needed legal assistance to guide me through the probate process. I called Corey's office on a Sunday and left a message on his answering machine. Because it was a Sunday I didn't expect to receive a call back until Monday at the earliest. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely grateful when I received a call within a few hours on the same day. I was so emotional and sad and needed legal advice. The minute I started explaining my situation, Corey immediately put me at ease and took a considerable amount of time explaining the probate process to me.
I retained his services and he made a painful situation bearable. His level of professionalism, his people skills and compassion far exceeded my expectations. I will always remember how he took the time on a Sunday afternoon to return a phone call. He sensed the sadness in my voice. He kept me informed and answered all of my questions from start to finish.

I was facing some very rough and tough circumstances. My parents left an inheritance and my siblings didn’t want me to have my fair share, in fact they didn’t want me to have a dime. Keenan let them know he was representing me and I would not be taken advantage of. Within a month of closing an irrevocable trust, I had money in the bank and am debt free. Years ago, as part of my divorce I granted my ex-wife the house that we bought together while married and she assumed responsibility for it. At some point she started paying her mortgage late and that eventually found its way to my credit report (some company called PHH). Since it had nothing to do with me, I disputed the account and submitted my divorce decree that clearly shows she assumed responsibility and I no longer have any interest in the house etc. the dispute was denied and come back verified. Frustrating since I had nothing to do with it but at the time I assumed I was stuck with it because in the eyes of creditors I was still on the hook for the debt (the house wasn’t refinanced out of my name at the time). There are several 180 days late and they are the only baddies left on my report. All this brought down my credit score to 522.
