Hired Jon and worked with him for over a year. Jon is very professional and knowledgeable on military and civilian law. I worked with him in the civilian and military courts. Jon was always on time in response to the courts and fair when giving advise on the options of the situation. When it came time for the military appearance the odds were against us. Jon’s expertise and knowledge of the law resulted in winning the case with the most favorable result. His knowledge of the rules, regulation, and current policies in place proved the the action presented by the military unlawful, and unfair. David helped me with a Will for my spouse and I; we also had full Power of Attorneys created, and finally, the health care directive was also done. He is very accurate, detailed, and even came to my home to review the documents with us. Combine that with a friendly attitude and pricing that does not gouge, and it's a winning combo. I retained Mr. Jowanna's services in 2017 through 2020 to represent us in a lawsuit. He and his staff are so down to earth. He breaks it all down in terms in which the average individual understands. He seems so laid back but don't let that fool you he is a bulldog when he represents you. He doesn't talk to his clients in a condescending manner like so many other attorneys. He looks out for the financial aspect trying to save his clients from exorbitant attorney fees. He actually listens to what you are telling him and then he consults with you on his plan of strategy. And if you still have trouble understanding what he is trying to get a cross to you then he goes to the drawing board so that he can present it to you visually. He and his staff respond quickly to any and all request. You can tell that he has a passion for the law. I can't express enough how highly I think of him and his staff.

I live in Land O' Lakes and was looking for a lawyer that was both close and excellent. I didn't want to have to go to downtown Tampa or Orlando to find a big time lawyer. So, I Googled and Googled. Luckily, I found Mr. Jowanna's website. Most lawyers I saw on the Internet (even in the big fancy and expensive law firms) did not even come close to Mr. Jowanna's experience and qualifications. So, I made an appointment. I met personally with Mr. Jowanna and his Office Manager, Andrea. They took the time to listen to everything I had to say. They were very down to earth and casual, which made me less nervous and put me at ease. But, Mr. Jowanna immediately knew the answer to every question I had. And, they didn't charge me anything. Go talk to your doctor for half an hour and see if that's free! It was the best of both worlds. I hired a big league qualified lawyer that was courteous, friendly, very down to earth and professional. I would reccomend Mr. Jowanna's office to everyone. But, do your own homework. You won't find anyone in the area with credentinals that even come close. Everyone in the office was more like a law family instead of some stuffy and stiff law firm.

We hired Daci Jett to create living trusts for us. She did an excellent job, walking us through the process, helping us think through the many different issues. Ms Jett was personable, had a good sense of humor and was easy to work with. Meetings were held on-time and kept to time. Her follow through was great and she kept us well-informed of the process - we worked mostly through email. When we had tasks to accomplish, she communicated very clearly exactly what we needed to do. She gave us very complete documentation at the end. We felt that she always kept our interests primary in all decisions.
We did not go through an extensive selection process to choose an estate attorney. Based on a referral, we met for an initial meeting, felt very comfortable and proceeded to hire her.
Overall, I would highly recommend her and her services.

My husband and I sought the help of Mr.Cotton when we were blind sided for a Modification of support 2 weeks prior to moving out of state from my husbands older children (due to job relocation), At the time we were trying to work out a new visitation agreement with the girls mother with no success. Debra was very informative and communicated in a layman's language. I found her to be patient and accommodating when I was not at my best due to health issues. I had to ask her the same questions over and over again and she was courteous each time.
Debra was also able to get things done in an efficient manner and helped us to meet deadlines. She worked tirelessly to get my mother's profile finished by the end date. After my mom passed my sister was trustee of mom's trust. We had always been close, but my sister was doing things how she wanted not according to the trust. I was sad over my mom's death and I could hardly believe my sister was now not following mom's wishes. I went to see Ed because he does litigation. He made me feel sane! He listened to me. My wife and I had an estate plan drawn up by another lawyer about 8 years ago. When it was time to update it, our original lawyer had retired so we need to find a new lawyer. This site was actually one of several source we used to select David.
