excellent lawyer I recommend it

My daughter had numerous moving violations in a short period of time. I was referred to Marin and Barrett, and Kensley Barrett agreed to take on her cases. Ken attended every court appearance on behalf of my daughter so she never had to appear. My daughter was in danger of losing her driver’s license, but Ken fought hard for her at each hearing to make sure that didn’t happen. Ken was able to reason with the judges and prosecutors to make them see the good in my daughter and was able to negotiate mutual agreements with the prosecutors so she wouldn’t lose her driver’s license. I am so grateful to Ken for his hard work and dedication in the handling of my daughter’s cases. Ken is a very knowledgeable attorney with many years of criminal experience. I highly recommend Ken and his firm.

I hired Dave to represent me in a motor vehicle case. I just wanted to make sure I didn’t go into the courtroom and get a bad deal or agree to something that hurt me in the long run that could have been easily figured out with the correct experience.
