I was referred to Attorney Ellison and Attorney Tinsworth by a friend, as my first lawyer stopped answering my calls and did not show up for my pre-trial. I've never been in trouble with the law before and did not know quite where to turn, who to call or where to start for reliable legal counsel. The charges of violating a restraining order, a bond violation and assault and battery (which was a false accusation by an ex-girlfriend) were too severe to rely on the public defender, as it is better to have a lawyer and not need one than need one and not have one. As an allied front, both Attorney Ellison and Attorney Tinsworth proved well versed in the courtroom on my behalf with experience far beyond their years. It was like watching Michelangelo paint the Sistine Chapel the way they put the plaintiff, prosecutor and police officers in their place. They did not make me any promises other than their hard work and dedication for the 14 month battle I had been faced with. After I rolled the dice and chose to go to trial and not take a plea deal, they led me to complete vindication on both accounts and I was proven NOT GUILTY. In my honest opinion, they are worth more than they charge, but I was fortunate; drunk driving cases cost more than what they charged for TWO trials. These guys are good at what they do. If you find yourself in a hopeless position and you feel your back is against the wall, I suggest you contact them as your future is an asset not worth gambling on.
