I could not ask for a better attorney. He is right there when you need him and always more than happy to fight for your right. He has seen it all and has helped me out tremendously and will always make sure you are at understanding of all aspects of a situation.

I would highly recommend Matthew T. Marin, Esq. as your defense attorney. Mr. Marin was able to save my son from going to jail. My son was stopped on I-95 due to speeding. Because of his nervousness, the police officer decided to do a search in the car with his canine dog. In the trunk of the car the police found two pounds of marijuana and Alprazolam (pills). My son was charged with two felonies and one misdemeanor. After interviewing a few attorneys in Rhode Island, I decided to retain the services of the Law Offices of Matthew T. Marin, Esq. because of his knowledge and impressive track record. He assured me that he would do his best to keep my son from going to jail. Because of Mr. Marin's dedication to his clients, the two felonies were reduced to two misdemeanors and the one misdemeanor was dismissed. The case was filed, which means that in one year and one day, with good behavior, the case will be expunged. I could have not asked for a better result! My son had done a stupid thing but because of Mr. Marin's expertise, my college aged son was given another chance in life. By the way, Mr. Marin, Esq. also had the speeding ticket dismissed!
