I found myself in a legal situation for the first time in my life and I was very nervous and downright scared. I called an attorney and my call was returned by Matt Marin. Matt's professionalism, client & court preparation, realistic approach and communication were excellent. In summary, we decided to appeal an unfavorable District Court decision ( that was due to fabricated witness statements) and won in Superior Court with a Jury Trial.
