Very reasonable, always on time, clean record

I’ll start by saying, I am a first time landlord and this is all new to me. I reach out to Palumbo law to create a lease agreement and I must say it was a very pleasant and easy process. I spoke with Richard Palumbo and he explain a few things via phone and then Heidy Torres helped with the remaining process. Heidy Torres answered all my emails of my questions and concerns and we spoke via phone for further clarification. I’m hoping to build some form of relationship with Palumbo Law “just in case” I’ll need their assistance in the future as a first time landlord. I highly recommend them and thank you Heidy I really appreciate your time, suggestions and advice.
