Richard and his team are top notch, and I will use them for as long as they will let me! Every single issue I've had as Association President they have been able to give me advice regarding how to go about it, and how to manage it, and how to get ahead of it. Having a good legal team is a necessity of doing this job, and they are the most committed team I have ever worked with.

I’ve been working with Palumbo Law for several months. Their office has represented me on two projects. A condominium conversion and a real estate purchase. I’ve also used their firm to form an llc. The whole team has been very nice, hard working, and reliable. There is always someone there to advise whenever I have questions. Had an issue with installation of roof on house. Improper installation allowed for years of water seepage which became very noticeable over time. Company was dragging their feet, while I had unlivable conditions. The Palumbo team met with installer, squared things up, and now I can go about addressing the issues needed. Got a better amount than what was originally offered.
