Melissa was helpful on the day of closing and I appreciate the work she did to close our purchase and sale on time. In the lead up to closing however, I had a lot of difficulty reaching her or her legal assistant when needed. There was some inattention to detail that made our deal more confusing and created more work for everyone involved. Ultimately it all worked out, but I can't say I would utilize Melissa or her firm again.
