Sold a house and these (fill in the blank) did the closing. 5 days after we are still waiting for funds to be disbursed. I believe they call that "conversion of funds" which of course is illegal. What else would you expect from the D'ellena's. Do yourself a favor, and run, don't walk, to another law office. As for me, I at least hope they know what a 'breach of contract suit" is.

Unethical and sleazy in his practices, Mr. D'Ellena cleverly tricked us and took the lot we wanted him to build on for us. Carmine sneakily bought the lot and built a home in a matter of days, cutting us out of the equation, only so he could reap the profits. It's unfortunate that a seemingly professional developer has built his business on deceit and trickery, using his knowledge of real estate law and home building to swindle folks like ourselves. Avoid him at all costs!
