Divorce is a nasty experience and having a good attorney in your corner is what you need. I read all his reviews prior to selecting him as my attorney after he was recommended to me by a close friend. Tim listened to me, took my apprehension and desires to heart, and then gave me the harsh reality. Listen ... if you want an attorney to take your money and just give you lip service ... go someplace else. Tim will give it to you straight ... no BS. If you can't handle that ... go someplace else. If you want the hard truth, someone to give you what the law and truth is, someone who will be willing to give you the honest truth, and fight for your rights ... Tim is absolutely your lawyer. There will be times he had other clients so don't expect immediate answers, that's the way of the world, but he definitely will work hard for you and gi e it to you straight. And to ease your mind ... in the end I did not get 100% of what I wanted.

I would recommend Tim 100 times over. He is the perfect mix of professional and empathetic. He listens intently to the minor details that make your case so personal. He offers a realistic and simply approach to a very complicated family court system. His paralegal, Kelsey, is understanding and knowledgeable. They are easy to work with and altogether make a great team. You’ll be in excellent hands with this office.

My only concern in posting a review is that mere words cannot convey the amount of professionalism, care, concern and trust I felt in my work with Attorney Sweet and his firm. Divorce is difficult for everyone emotionally however it is especially difficult on our most precious ones our children. When there are safety issues of concern, emotionally and mentally never mind physically it is a game changer. Every step of the way I have felt heard, understood and action has taken place which has been important to me as a client. Attorney Sweet is a very professional man with a great moral compass.
