She only handles divorces if you need help with criminal charges during your divorce you would need to hire a separate attorney. She also legally advise me to get a real estate attorney because she didn’t handle any property issues as well. Her retainer is significantly high compared to other divorce lawyers (3500.00) she charges per phone calls and emails my current lawyer does not. My current lawyer said “I want my clients to be encouraged to call or email me at any time” Alright for my personal opinion based on how she handle my case she is a passive attorney. Constantly she would say “what do you think” or “do you feel like you are giving your wife too much” I mean you are the lawyer you are supposed to look out for my best interest. She forgot to call me twice to discuss the case second time she said “sorry I am human”. When she drafted the first settlement she had the wrong clients info. I had to hire another divorce lawyer while she was my lawyer i felt she neglected my case to the point that it got prolonged and more expensive I just wish i had done that earlier during the divorce her bill was 3000.00 for 11 emails 6 phone (10 mins top) calls 5 documents preparation from feb 27 to July 22. I hope this review is useful and help you make a better choice for your hard earned money.

From the initial conversation to the final ruling and beyond I feel I have found my lawyer. Not that I ever hope to need his services again. But ya never know. Brett made me feel comfortable in the initial conversations. Came up with a plan and in my view said plan worked out better then what i could think of for myself. Calls, text and emails always responded to in a timely fashion, usually in the form you submit them. Ultimately after having dealings with him he has changed my views and the system can work. If you have Brett on your side you are ahead of the game and I believe he does and will do the same for any of his clients. Thank You Brett.
