Brett is an absolutely AMAZING lawyer and person. He is knowledgeable on all aspects of your case and what needs to be done. I, not once had a hard time getting in touch with him. He answered all of my questions with patience, ease and kindness. He is down to earth, goes above and beyond for his clients and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. No one needs a lawyer when things are going great, but he makes things much easier to handle especially knowing your case will be in good hands.

Elisha was my attorney for my second divorce. Despite her busy schedule, she took the time to understand me and my situation personally. I had my frustrations during the process for sure and there were times I felt like maybe we weren't pushing hard enough. But I was wrong. Feeling like that when you're divorcing a freeloader trying to drag things out and take everything they can get away with comes easily to me. But Elisha knew what was in my best interest and offered sage advice born of experience and understanding people at every turn. The situation with my pension was a bit complicated and was open to interpretation about whether it should be treated like a military pension or a civilian pension, basically. Elisha really proved her value in a concrete way near the end when she carefully researched the case law and made an argument so strong the other side abandoned their attempt to take a larger portion of my hard-earned pension. She also helped protect a significant share of my 401k based on negotiating that the date it would be divided would be the date of the MSA, which was only fair given that we were prepared to move forward and they chose to delay (again). So, anyway, in my case, Elisha was great from start to finish and I'd highly recommend her. She's worth every penny of her retainer. Hopefully my story is helpful to someone out there going through the mess that is divorce. It seems to always end up more complicated than it seems at first heading into it, so do yourself a favor and hire someone solid that knows their stuff like Elisha Morris.
