I spoke with one of the Attorneys believe, Michael Stevenson. He spent less than 10 minutes with me on the phone and without truly understanding the sequence of events and what had happened to my sister in the hospital which caused her death, he dismissed me. I found this very unprofessional

Do not trust a commercial! Horrible experience. Ended up with an inexperienced attorney. They never investigated the facts. I gave them details and information that was never pursued. Insurance company walked all over this firm! DO NOT TRUST them.

Ellen Elwell has been my attorney through this process. She made me feel comfortable and knowable. I had no idea how to navigate the process of filing for disability. From the first phone call from Riva, I finally had the Confidence in her & the Law Firm, after a Failed attempt by an incompetent Law Firm, I was So discouraged I didn't even want to try again, when I knew I was entitled to SS disability, with the Medical History to Prove it. So far so good. Very Fast and easy process, with the help and patience from Riva. Thank you, we'll see how things turn out. Oh and I cannot forget to tell you The Professionalism of Riva.
