Was bit confused by the process but Mr Sergio very helpful in helping me understand more about the process an now I feel at ease

I can't remember if I've been with with Rob Levine & Associates. More than a year for sure. Do they care, yes. Is communication back and fouth an issue, yes. Updating me on my claim and it's progress seems to be the real problem with thos helpinging me on my VA Service Connected Claim. The Attorney or none Attorney's working onmy claim have done a wonderful job doing their best to help me win. I feel more could be done to build a bridge of updating clients on their claims. Communication helps the claint to help the legal counsel to represent all parties in a VA claim . Knowledge is power February 2nd 2023.

"Gersie" is one of the most disrespectful human beings I ever spoke with. She was ignorant and rude the minute she started talking but I chose to ignore it. Then she started attempting to play attorney and doctor by telling me my PCP has no bearing on my disability and I would require pain management but if she actually listened instead of talking over me she would have understood there is no pain management for my condition. I have thousands of medical records showing this sweetheart. Hopefully you get retrained in your job title and communication skills as I have already found another attorney who is taking my case and told me I need to have a form filled out by my PCP immediately...LOL...... the irony......but doctors have no bearing on cases right Gersie?? Thank you for your ignorance and lack of knowledge as I am so grateful to not have anyone associated with you handing my case. Your costing the lawfirm money and clients. Another suggestion...leave your home life at home, not the work place. Thanks!!
