I’ve been trying for a week to reach someone with social security. I’ve made 3 appointments with them for someone to help me see what my disability would be and if I qualified. When I finally did speak to someone she told me I was too late to qualify. I didn’t want to accept it so, Today finally I reached out to Rob Levine and associates. I have to say I was really surprised when I did get a call back from Rob. This young man actually called twice. He informed me that It wasn’t too late but it was about to be. I think he spent his entire afternoon HELPING me get all my information in. He didn’t ask for a dime. ( I realize if won money goes somewhere ) But I can’t say enough about the respect and the empathy I was shown. I love you Rob! The world needs more like you! Ps. I pray for a positive result but if not. It’s not because you didn’t try. Thank you so very much, M.J.P.

I started my journey with Rob Levine and Associates for my Social Security Disability claim in August of 2020. I was lucky enough to have Harley Davia as my paralegal for Rob Levine. She was absolutely amazing and made the whole process so easy for me. I didn't have to run around getting all kinds of paperwork done. She literally did everything which made things less stressful for me especially with Covid and all my doctors appointment, she really took great care of me through all of it. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer and especially an amazing paralegal. Thank you so much!

Im leaving a better review. My last lawyer dropped disability cases but sent my case to this office. So Far I’ve been happy because my last lawyer I could give them information as easy. Everything was by mail and that was a pain. I didn’t know who I was suppose to talk to and had to leave a vm and wait days to hear back. Now I can text my case manager for a quick update on information and she makes notes of it. My hearing is on October 27th and I’m praying for a good turn out.

I've never dealt with him but for some reason when his commercial comes on my 7 month old daughter will stop whatever she is doing to watch the whole thing. At the end she looks at me and smiles. It's so funny because she doesn't do that with any other commercial. It makes me laugh every time.

Good Morning everyone. I want to take a few minutes to let everyone know, if you are having issues with any service connection hardship. I highly recommend Rob Levine & Associates, I worked with Christian and his team. The biggest thing that I had to do was keep Christian updated on appointments and what my status was. I truly feel he is a good friend, and I trust him and his team any day of the week. Just an update on the good work these folks has done to help me get through a challenging time. Mrs. Daniela Vergara has been my case manager and folks she has kept me and my case at the front of the line. Good people that work for you is hard to find. There are days when I feel like throwing in the towel but believe me!! they are working in the shadow's folks. Give them time and everything will work out. I contacted Rob Levine & Associates for assistance with my 6 year battle with the VA Claims department. I cannot say how impressed I am with this law firm. From the first phone call everyone has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional. After trying to deal with the VA claims department on my own, it is such a relief to have such qualified and experienced people take over for me. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone trying to deal with the VA claims department. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.
