I have been working with Susan since 2010. Every single interaction I have had with her has been more than pleasant even under circumstances that were less than pleasant. I have continued to utilize her in a legal capacity many times and have referred prospective clients to Susan many more times. She displays an amazing balance of empathy, intelligence, responsiveness, self-confidence, straightforwardness and friendliness that is often very difficult to find in an attorney. She can display these qualities on the phone, in person and in the courtroom. These qualities make her an exceptional person and attorney in my opinion. There is no one else I would recommend for legal needs in which Susan specializes. Her office staff is also excellent, a reflection of Susan's leadership and investment in her people for the benefit of her clients. You will be more than satisfied!

Amazing experience. Great lawyer, great person. Our case was handled professionally, all the while, we were being treated with respect and a smile. Susan was very aggressive in court when she needed to be, and was very knowledgeable. Definitely will spread her name, and use Susan for anything else that comes up.

My car was hit in a parking lot. We did not call the police,but exchanged information because I was assured by the driver he could fix my car without going through insurance. The driver then decided not to answer calls or text anymore leaving me in a bind to fix my own car. I then contacted Attorney Amy Veri,who then contacted the driver & got my car paid for & case done in a very expeditious time frame. If not for Attorney Veri I would’ve been paying for everything out of pocket. She got me more then I was settling for with the driver. Worth the hire & more.

I love Susan Perkins!! She is truly a top notch lawyer; extremely professional, smart as a whip, warm and caring, yet serious and tough when nesassary. Susan represented me last year in a slightly complicated case, and made me feel so much more at ease navigating the legal system here in RI than I would have felt with a less competent lawyer. She kept all of the paperwork and information related to my case in order, she walked me through each step of what was happening in court and explained what was going to be expected of me at each court appearance.... literally all I had to do was show up. I felt 100% confident that Susan was taking care of everything. It was the practice of Susan's office to send out letters by mail a week in advance whenever I was required to appear in court, which is probably pretty standard. Something I appreciated about Susan, however, was that knowing text message was my preferred method of communication (lol), she ALWAYS made sure to check in on me via text message the day before court. Partially just to remind me, but also to make sure I didn't have any last minute questions or concerns before we went in. Little things like that make all the difference in the world when you're dealing with the stress and uncertainty of legal proceedings, and I honestly relied on her little texts so much throughout my entire ordeal. She was always prepared, even when I wasn't, and in the end, she came through for me and we had the outcome we were hoping for. Really, just can't say enough about my experience with Susan. She's a Grade A lawyer, she's accessible (right on Broadway on the west side!) and she really cares.... Go with Susan Perkins---you can't go wrong!

Susan was wonderful! With her help, I was able to get sole custody of my daughter. As a man, in Massachusetts, that pretty much makes me a unicorn. I would/ have recommended Attorney Perkins to my friends.
