I highly recommend Attorney Christopher Russo with Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum. Chris handled a personal injury claim for me against an insurance company. At the time of the accident I was in a wheelchair and not mobile so Chris came out to my house to speak with me personally. The insurance company attempted several times to try to deny coverage in the accident but Chris fought the insurance company hard to make sure there was coverage and that all my out of pocket medical bills, lost wages, and my pain and suffering was covered by the insurance company. Due to Chris’ professionalism, vast experience dealing with personal injury litigation, and his attention to details ultimately he reached a settlement with the insurance company. My family and I can’t thank Chris enough for everything he did for me during this difficult period. Thanks again Chris.

Kirschenbaum RI is a great firm. My attorney is Christopher Russo. I used his services after an auto accident where I was not at fault. I was mildly inured, but still injured nonetheless. Chris took my case seriously even though it was a small ones, and he fought to get me what I deserved. There were some really frustrating things that came up with the other party, but he tirelessly contacted the insurance on my behalf. I also used his services for a (much worse) claim in an auto accident back in 2012. Over the years, Chris has proven to be an outstanding attorney. The whole firm is great, from reception to paralegals to attorneys. Chris is a straight shooter. He's a real person. He's not going to be tricky or sneaky like some attorneys have the reputation of being. He will tell you exactly what's up, exactly what you need to do, and set clear expectations. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He's a great attorney and a great person, too. Having Christopher Russo for me and my daughters personal injury case was a great experience. He did everything he said would, made sure it was done correct and done in a timely manner. Chris was soooo helpful after I was hit by a car in college in a crosswalk and injured my knees. He’s excellent at his job acting with both kindness and efficiency he awarded me with a portion of my insurance money almost right after the accident had taken place. He also took on all my medical bills throughout such as the ambulance ride and doctor visits and he filed them through my insurance for me. Being notably proactive, he detailed every step of the way for me so I knew what to expect of the process. To be honest I certainly didn’t make his job easier as I was slow to return emails etc. but his dedication to my case and hard work even motivated me through the physical therapy. After the initial accident He let me know he would spend the next few years working on my case to achieve the full insurance payment he thought I deserved for my pain& suffering. And now that those years have passed he was able to close the case and award me with the the insurance amount in full which is amazing! He took care of me as if I were his daughter and I would recommend him and his team to anyone! Thanks Chris!!
