Chris Russo handled my claim against the insurance company of a driver who rear-ended my car, causing an injury to me. I did not initially contact a lawyer until it was apparent that the injury would likely require surgery. This complicated the situation, as the insurance company _could_ argue that the problem was not the result of the accident. There were also delays due to pre- and post-surgery therapy that had to be completed before a settlement could be made. Chris presented the case well to the insurance company, and patiently worked through the issues, keeping me informed throughout the process.
