I have nothing but positive things to say about Jesse Nason at Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum. He did a great job drafting legal documents for me and made the process very easy and straightforward. If you're worried about getting lost in the legal jargon, Jesse does a great job of simplifying it so that all of the details are understood.

Spent thirty five minutes with Stephen paralegal explained carefully that arbitration with D'oliveira Associates was terrible and politely asked if they would take the case. He said I would've contacted by Chris Russo. I carefully gave my phone no. Waited entire day Never responded!

I want to share the experiences I had at Kirshenbaum and Kirshenbaum. I have had the pleasure of working with two lawyers within this organization, Christopher Russo and Robyn Factor. Both Christopher and Robyn are excellent at what they do! Most recently a case of mine was handled by Christopher and I must say he went above and beyond for me and did everything that he could to make a very unpleasant situation far better! I would not recommend contacting them through website, they are completely unresponsive.
After you provide personal information about an unfortunate situation you have found yourself in, they just ignore you even contacted them.
Maybe if you call and speak with someone they may actually show more professionalism.
When someone takes the time to research and determine that your firm MIGHT be the right one to HIRE, have the professionalism to at least respond.

Dealing with Chris at K&K was great. He was so understand, sympathetic to the situation and dealt with all questions and situations that arose with the utmost professionalism. He was able to clearly explain everything that was happening and was prompt with email responses so we were not left to wonder about what was happening. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends!
