I needed a lawyer to handle my estate plan so I found Tomassi Law. I called them explained what I needed and received an appointment right away to meet with Jared Tomassi, Esq. He was great, totally understood what I was looking for and extremely knowledgeable. He took all the information he needed to complete my revocable living trust during that first meeting. One week later Jared had all the paperwork ready. I signed all the papers and now it's all set. It was painless, no problems or complications and completely finished in one week. I highly recommend Tomassi Law.

It’s so rare to find a business that’s genuinely focused on it’s clients needs. We almost always lower our standards and expectations so that when we receive mediocre service we aren’t disappointed. Tomassi Law is the DIAMOND STANDARD!!!!! They will renew your faith in exceptional service and excellence. The team is friendly, charming, knowledgeable, compassionate and will ensure your concerns are met and addressed. My wife and I finally made the decision to start planning our Will. Naturally like you we started googling Estate Planning attorneys. After reading some of the reviews I called to set up a consultation expecting to get an appointment weeks out (everyones super busy blah blah blah), NOPE…. They answered the phone within two rings (they knew it was me lol) I was offered multiple appointments, some as soon as the next day. I was impressed. I wasn’t mentally ready so I chose 1 week out, enough time to change my mind and justify why I didn’t need an estate attorney. I can do it online for a fraction of the cost probably, legal zooms or whatever it’s called idk…. We kept the appointment, I’m so happy we did. We had many question, I mean a lot (lol). We were incredibly nervous. Planning for your passing is very unsettling, stressful and surreal. The Tomassi Law team was so patient, answering all of our questions and made recommendations based specifically on our needs and situation. CALL THEM TODAY!!!! Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning etc… LOOK NO FURTHER. Stop searching and call. This by far one of the best experiences I’ve had interacting with any business. You will not regret choosing this team.

Cons- Hard to get ahold of, doesn’t respond to emails often and still haven’t gotten my divorce papers!!! Pros- will show up to court in a flash.

Slow to respond or will completely ghost you. Misplaced my credit card information. Be prepared to have a checkbook because her credit card processor "is down". Her office is super dusty and felt like I stepped back into the 90s. She was unable to cure my issue or answer basic client questions. Had to seek another Lawyer who is ultra professional and capable of time management.
