I met with Ms. Goldman over a month ago. We discussed my matter, and she followed up with me shortly thereafter regarding a question that she was unable to answer during our initial consultation. During that call, she said she would follow up with an engagement letter to begin representing me on the matter. After not receiving an engagement letter for a week, I called and spoke with Ms. Goldman, who assured me that while she was busy that week, she'd be sending it soon. After not receiving the letter for another 2 weeks, I called and spoke with someone at the office, who said she'd relay my message to Ms. Goldman. Alas, two more weeks passed of radio silence from Ms. Goldman's office, and I left a message, which to date has not yet been returned. If she was either too busy or otherwise incapable of representing me on the matter, she should have made this clear, as I have now gone about a month and a half without legal representation on an issue that requires timely attention.
