Attorney: Cory Young and I met just before I had to sign for 12 yrs. On a D.W.I felony. This was my third trip to T.D.C for the same offense. I knew I needed the best, and not some commercialized firm with five attorneys working under the attorney that made a name for themselves in the past. Cory gave us a personalized experience by keeping in touch with us and always got back to us if we had questions or concerns. I did make my second parole, in fact I did less time on this offense than the previous D.W.I. He did an outstanding job, and since making parole, I retained him regarding a writ. I promise you don't need to look any further, hire Cory Young to represent! Prior to hiring Cory Young, someone recommended my son to hire an attorney (wish I can state her name but it would not be right) that some have heard. This "other female attorney" states that I would have to pay upfront and that "she" or "her assistant" would handle my son's case. Keeping the story short-we didn't hire her.
Cory Young assured us that he would represent our son all the way thru. He delivered with fast, kindness, detailed and punctual service. We appreciate Mr. Young's time and professionalism! I approve and recommend him any-day!

Bereliani Law Firm went beyond my expectations!
Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized.
I am self employed, my case was more in depth.
I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk!
Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check!
She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items.
The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13….
Sanaz and her team tolerated all my calls and emails = STRESS and got me through it.

I was pulled over for a OVI and was put in contact with Mr. Mastandrea . Mr. Mastandrea kept me really calm during the process and assured me he’d do his best . That being said he got my OVI charge dropped to reckless driving which was a huge relief as I am in a green card process therefor a criminal offense would have likely affected my immigration status . I would absolutely recommend Rod for a lawyer for his professional and coolness .

I called Caroline Emery's office to find out if she can help me with planning for my Estate. Caroline called me back, listened carefully to what I had in mind, and proceeded to explain to me in details the best methods to satisfy my needs and to make sure that my Estate will be divided among my children as I requested.
After all the forms were completed, the following forms were completed and when appropriate registed with the city: Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Heath Care Suurogate, HEPAA Authorization, A Living Will, and Naming a Pre - Need Guardian. As for my persoanl Residence, she prepared an Enhaced Life Estate, commonly known as Lady Bird Deed. I never knew that many form were needed for such a request. She very patientle explaind every subject and tailored my request to aviod going to Probate after my passing.
I was very pleased and appreciative of her actions and I must say I was expecting to pay a lot more than what she charged me for all this work.
I sincerley thank Caroline for her attention to the details and the way she tailored the forms to fit my needs. I full heartedly recommned Caroline to anyone reaching that age where thinkin of Estate Planning is a must.

First time I used Mr. Novell, I was facing a speeding ticket along with a following to closely ticket issued by the same officer that pulled me over three months earlier for an over 30MPH over the limit! I showed up late for that court date so I was found guilty in absence. How Mr. Novell got these new citations resolved with not points or school and very low fines was simply amazing. Bryan is an excellent defense attorney that is very knowledgeable when it comes to felonies/measure 11 crimes. My family retained Bryan for my brother as he was in very difficult situation with a couple of measure 11 charges - because of Bryan's knowledge in the system, he was aggressive where it mattered most and was able to get his sentencing opted out of measure 11 sentencing (7 years in prison or so) to only probation with zero prison time. He has great communication, is straight forward, and really advocated for his client. You can tell he is very passionate about what he does and isn't just in it for the money. We would 100% Bryan again and recommend him to anyone who may need his help!

I usually don’t write reviews but MR. Randall by far is one of the best lawyers in pasco county I talked to 3 other lawyers before I talked to MR. Randall all of them told me i was going to do time and that it was a hard case they showed no interest in the case at all but MR. Randall from day was really nice on the phone he was listening to what I had to say he then explained to me the options i have he didn’t sugarcoat anything he was honest He truly cared about my case I was suppose to meet up with him the next morning to sign the contract and pay my retainer fee when I got to his office he had already pulled out my record from the night before and called the court and found out the court date and info moral of the story if you want a good lawyer that’s going to really card about your case then you came to the right place because when it comes to MR. Lugo, I felt at ease that he would help me with my case. I had contacted multiple law firms for different attorneys but none of them made me feel comfortable that they would help me the same way Attorney Lugo did.
