I hired Johnny Ramirez Castaneda to handle the eviction of a non-paying tenant who had become a nuisance to other tenants and neighbors. Despite the tenant failing to appear in court, Johnny Ramirez Castaneda failed to follow up with the marshals after receiving payment from me. For nearly two months, I repeatedly tried to contact him, but my calls and messages were ignored.
When I finally reached him, he claimed that I hadn’t paid for follow-up services—a charge that was never communicated to me. To resolve the issue, I had to contact the marshal's office myself, only to learn that the paperwork had been sitting on their desk for two months due to Johnny Ramirez Castaneda’s inaction. Once I took over, the issue was resolved within two weeks.
Johnny Ramirez Castaneda demonstrated a lack of professionalism and disregard for clients. I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking legal help.

I met with a handful of other Lawyers before I settled on Hundley and Harrison. I really felt like this was the best fit for me. I was in over my head with Insurance companies after an accident, further complicated by my own medical insurance coverage. I found that I was kept in the loop, and things were handled professionally and costs were negotiated to significantly more reasonable rates. I needed to set up a trust additionally, and they were able to help with that as well. I'm honestly pleased with this, I felt like my concerns were heard and I was offered sound advice. Hopefully, I don't need a lawyer again but if I do, I'm giving them a call.

Came across this law firm read up on him. He seems like a good fit for my son‘s case when I called to set up an appointment to see about hiring him for a serious charge that my son has the lady was not trying to help me kept telling me that he already has an LDA and that it would be a lot of money to hire him for the seriousness of the crime as if I didn’t have money. I told her that wouldn’t be a problem on saying I could check the price for you if you would like me to!!! Unmmm thanks have a nice day definitely won’t be using them it was clear as day they had no concern for what was happening to my 17 year old son and was only concerned about the money which by the way I do have

Tracy Reeves is a crooked lawyer. Withdrew from my case the week of trail. Yet he kept the money he was paid and did not come to any court dates. Paid him almost 4k to do absolutely nothing. Had to plea guilty due to him continuing the court dates each time scheduled, and withdrawing the week of the final court date.. Disgusting attorney be warned!! Literally did no work and was paid $3500 and has not returned any of my money. Crooked..

My wife was luckily able to get ahold of Debbie late on a Friday night. We had a consultation the following morning where she laid out the facts of my situation. Jake and his team took on my case when I had a hard time finding someone to represent me due to being in the military and moving out of state. The case took a while due to all my medical issues and tracking down my records but his team stayed persistent throughout the whole process. He was able to negotiate my settlement and make sure all medical providers and insurance companies involvied were satisfied. Lastly he and his team were able to secure a fair settlement for my pain and suffering. Nothing can restore me to full health but it will help me continue treatment and manage my pain moving forward. I can not express in words how amazing work Robert Webber and his team did for my O-1A petition. I had my NIW I-140 approved in December, 2023 when I approached Robert. Those three have all been dismissed and off of my record, anytime you get a lawyer this is the outcome we all want and by using this law office gives you the opportunity to have that done

I have not retained this attorney as of this moment and therefore cannot speak to his performance, but I will say that I called at 6:30 pm on a Sunday and he not only answered but provided realistic and true advice. The worst experience with a lawyer. We paid what they asked, and it took 8 months before she started working on our case. No one answers when I call and no one returns a call when I would leave voicemails. Over a year later she said she was not going to following through on the case. Quick to take our money and slow to do any work, and in my case ZERO work. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

He was professional, logical, and yet still compassionate throughout the whole process. The judical misconduct preformed by Brandon Gardner towards me in court was very embarrasing. I dont know of any attorney that will stand infront of a judge and discredit his client because of their civil rights being violated to the extent Brandon states that he was ashamed of me as his client for filing a civil rights law suit against the state and county due to the very case he wants out of representing. I never met Brandon and didnt hire Brandon I hired Karla Tankut who was with his law firm unfortantly Karla resigned from the firm and Brandon took over my case. I was quoted at $5,000 dollar retainer and she didnt think that would even be all used i was on a payment plan until Brandon took over and stated he couldnt accept payments on a fraud case my case isnt even fraud. Brandon then stated he was withdrawing if i couldnt pay $24,000 to go to trial. Brandon never met me, he never spoke to me about my case. Brandon lied under oath by saying he didnt know i filed a lawsuit when karla stated she spoke with Brandon and showed him the violations of my civil rights with Michigan State Police Internal affairs ruling Msp violated policy for my arrest. Karla told me I needed to file with someone else because their firm doesnt handle unlawful arrest like their website states it does , and they dont handle civil suits , but Brandon told the judge he was appauled and very sorry his client took action against the courts over my rights being violated during my case. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. This firm will take your deposite and find reason to drop you. I paid $1000 dollars used only $230 dollars and Brandon says i now owe hin over two grand? Im unsure but id surely hope Brandon realizes his actions could potentially be considered a violation of his duty and misconduct.
