The closing cost estimate provided to us on Friday for a Tuesday morning closing was off by about 40% ( $19k vs $33k), so we had a mad scramble the afternoon prior to closing to pull together the extra funds. Then after we signed all the documents at closing, Butler & College had us wait in their office for almost 2 hours until after the lender reviewed the documents. I have never had that happen in 8 closings over the past 45 years. I expected the process to run far more smoothly given the volume of closings this firm does for Pulte New Homes.

Everyone at Butler & college Law firm was super friendly. Fierra who i would speak to on the phone is so kind and professional. Natalia was super helpful during the closing process. They were very punctual and understanding when it came to the final details. They made sure that I understood everything before I left and I cant thank them enough for helping me through this journey.

Simply the best experience in closing ever! Right from the start, Nate gave us a thorough explanation, well detailed, and best of all, savings that we were not expecting!
