Closing process for our home was smooth and seamless with Butler & College!!

I have bought, sold, refinanced many homes over 50 years and I just have to leave a comment here. This was the best experience I have EVER had in all my transactions. Ashley Brown and her staff helped me every step of the way and the entire process was so smooth and seemly effortless - I was delightfully impressed! I have told my friends and family that if ever they needed an assist - call this office!!! OH lastly…..they pick up the phone!! What a nightmare is was to close on a residential refinance .The old lender was the issue as well. But the attitude I received from the lead attorney was horrid. Telling me directly to my face without even showing me the demand figures she says” either pay or get foreclosed on” . Very rude and disrespectful. Careful folks!
