This firm kept us calm (and sane!) during a difficult private sale closing! Natalie and the team were so knowledgeable, supportive and on top of our quick transaction time frame. They handled themselves professionally during situations that were very difficult with another attorney. Very glad we chose them to represent us and would use them again for services!

Natalia & Mackenzie were amazing to work with. Very professional & closing went really smooth for us. During the time our home was being build, I would call and the team always explained things to me and listened to all my questions. Their follow up emails and calls were always fast. I was spare you the details, but the closing on my Pulte home did not go as planed nor was it easy. I will say I has hesitant using a lawyer recommended by the builder, but they were the best choice I could have made. With the delays in finalizing the mortgage, and other issues Butler & College kept me informed, explained the situation and advised me accordantly. I would recommend then to anyone planning to purchase a home in the area.

I had a wonderful closing experience with the Butler & College law firm. I used them as my closing attorneys, jointly representing myself and the building company (sellers).. They were fair, unbiased, still had my best interests in mind, and kept me in the loop every step of the way- even with several schedule changes due to delays in closing.. They’ve been a pleasure to work with, even after closing, and I continued to use their firm for any future needs.
