We closed on our new home today w/ the assistance of Natalia Chandler, Esq from Butler and College law firm. Natalia made our closing seamless. She was very professional and down-to-earth at the same time. She went above & beyond, to not only explaining each step, but also giving us a mini-orientation to our new neighborhood! Awesome experience and stress-free! All of the office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, too! I would highly recommend Natalia & this law firm!

I have never had such a great experience as I did with Natalia. My husband and I both commented on what a great experience we had. So informative and the knowledge that was shared was excellent. I got more from Natalie in the hour we were there than I got from sales. The closing was was informative and I so appreciate the knowledge of the attorney Natalia. Thank you Natalia!!!!

Excellent experience with Butler & College who assisted us with our home purchase. We are from out of state, and buy many many properties, but have not bought in South Carolina before. We are very familiar with how transactions are supposed to go, and everyone at Butler & College was great at helping us through this first purchase in SC. Very professional, responsive, knowledgable, AND NICE TOO. etc etc etc. Honestly, we can not say enough about how satisfied we are with them.

We recently closed using Natalia and paralegal Mackenzie who made a little bit of a bumpy road smooth on their end. Mackenzie made herself available during the weekend to make sure we closed on time and didn’t even think twice. Natalia is fun, makes the signing quick and painless.
