It was a pleasure working with their office. I was very satisfied with their services at my closing. They made it easy during the selling process. The communication was constant and quick. I would definitely recommend the Bluffton office to anybody moving or selling in the area.

Everyone at Butler and College has been very professional and helpful - I used them for my home closing three years ago and more recently to set up a trust. Ashley did my home closing and Tom spent many hours on my trust. Both were done correctly and filed with the county. The binder for the trust was essential to filing changes with the county. Great job.

I have never had such a great experience as I did with Natalia. My husband and I both commented on what a great experience we had. So informative and the knowledge that was shared was excellent. I got more from Natalie in the hour we were there than I got from sales. The closing was was informative and I so appreciate the knowledge of the attorney Natalia. Thank you Natalia!!!!
