What a nightmare is was to close on a residential refinance .The old lender was the issue as well. But the attitude I received from the lead attorney was horrid. Telling me directly to my face without even showing me the demand figures she says” either pay or get foreclosed on” . Very rude and disrespectful. Careful folks!

Just bought a home using Butler & College for the closing and it could not have gone smoother. They made us feel so comfortable given the fact that we were out of state and not able to physically be there. They took extra measures to ensure my large wire payment was safe and secure.
