Getting divorced is arguably one of the most difficult things anyone can go through. I have no idea where I would be today without Kristina Jarvis by my side. My free consultation was appalling. In my 66 years of life, I have never been so mocked and derided as I was during that call. I was told, in a nutshell, you're out of luck and you can't afford us. The costs were repeated ad nauseum. Perhaps this man was having an off day. We all do but that's never to be reflected in a professional setting. Ladies, should you decide to take advantage of the free consultation, be forewarned it will provide you with nothing but hopelessness. There are many lawyers in our area. Please consider one with a kind heart.

Mr. Ken Peck was my divorce lawyer for a year and he was an enormous failure. He did not solve my case, he wasted my time, was very expensive, and I had to find another lawyer. He was extremely hard to reach, it normally took 2-4 weeks of bothering his paralegal before I could schedule a call with him. He’d spend half the call (at $400 an hour) talking about military history or whatever was on his mind. When the opposing party came up with a bogus claim about a conflict of interest, Mr. Peck immediately dropped my case and did not defend me. Absolute waste of my time and money. I found a new lawyer who actually finished the job and defended me.

Won't call me back even to tell me no. Won't say in any direction if they'll take my case(10 year old daughter kidnapped by her father gone 3 years now living in the state these attorneys work in) and basically told me...nothing. just needed guidance getting my kid back. So very sorry to have bothered you.

You all should really remove the part of profile that says child custody because you will only accept cases if the people were married. You are a divorce lawyer not a child custody lawyer apparently
