During my first over the phone conversation with Peck, he made it seem like he was going to help me so much and that I needed to go with his law firm to help me have a good outcome with my divorce. After signing with his law firm and paying my retainer. I heard from him one time. He lied to me saying that he was going to be working with me, but passed my case to a lawyer he had just hired because his other lawyers had just quit. I talked to him one time before firing his firm. I sent him an email stating how unhappy I was with him not communicating with me and guess what, he never responded. They charged me an outrageous amount for every text, email and telephone call between the attorney he passed my case on to and myself. I never met the attorney that I was working with face to face until the day I fired them as my attorney. To make matters worse, my soon to be ex-wife's attorney used to work for The Peck Law firm and I didn't find that out until later on. They could have told me that seeing that they knew that when her attorney sent over the first set of documents. To me that seems to be a conflict of interest. I guess it was because they helped her to get everything she wanted and more. If you are looking for an attorney who cares about your case and works for you. I would look somewhere else.

After speaking to him on the phone, I knew he was the best choice . His was a genuinely concerned and warm person who valued me with his time. Knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend this lawyer. Don’t hire an attorney without calling the Peck law firm first.

I can honestly say that Attorney Nathan Senn cares deeply about each of his clients. He makes it clear that he takes a personal stake in the outcome of the case, and that dedication shows from beginning to end. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable about South Carolina law, and it is clear that his colleagues respect him. Nathan always makes time to meet, and explains in detail what the costs are so that you can be reassured that you're paying a fair and reasonable rate. I can't recommend Nathan highly enough!

I called this law firm based on the reviews on google. I spoke with a very professional lady in the beginning. Then was transfer to Ken Peck. Ken was a very knowledgeable lawyer with great insight on my case. (Even though he didn’t handle my initial case). Even though I’ am a few years away from hiring a lawyer.( for my case) I will definitely come back here based just on the initial conversation that I had with him and this firm. Very professional, Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommended to anyone seeking advise and representation. The initial conversation is free and full of great insight on the way forward.
