He was very courteous and took his time to answer all of my questions to the best of his ability and I might add the price was free. I will highly recommend this law firm to everyone. I never did get to meet with Joe Peck other than the initial call and when he answered a complaint I had. Otherwise, the attorney he assigned to my case, Jason, was very competent and discussed realistic settlement options. Due to some prior circumstances, I had a very unique and unusual divorce case. The mediation went well, and we settled after an eight hour session with a third party arbitrator. Jason left the firm in the midst of my case. I decided to switch to his new firm because the case was almost finished and he had personally handled most of it. That was not a bad reflection on the Peck firm. Just a personal choice.
