Tripp Rush was appointed my Guardian ad Litem. To say that Tripp picks favorites is an understatement. I live in PA, I've never met this man in person and have only had communications with him virtually and over the phone. Tripp never completed his investigation on my end - he did not contact several members of my family that he was asked to contact nor properly follow up with me. He sides heavily with attorneys he favors. Hearsay was heard that "this guy really doesn't like you" and before trial he felt compelled to write a lengthy report on me (which I never bothered to read), again without ever having met me nor following up his "investigation". I still had to pay for that, and he's seen my children more than I have in the last 2 yrs. Thanks to Tripp my children are now stuck in South Carolina when they should be in Pennsylvania. They have not seen their grandparents, aunts, uncles or cousins in over 2 yrs. This firm exploits parents for more money than they can afford. Thanks to him I've lost 2 joyous years of raising my daughters. As a single woman trying to crawl out of an abusive relationship, he shows not a care in the world to the financial devastation "GAL's" cause. We don't do this anguish in PA. The best interests of the children are not what he's concerned about. He's only concerned about his profits. He should be removed from GAL practices.

Mr. Tripp Rush is great to work with. He is candid (which I prefer in an attorney, tell it to me straight) as well as genuine. I would highly recommend Mr. Rush specifically in custody law, however, I am sure he is great in his other areas of focus.

Tripp Rushed failed me and my child. I would not recommend him at all. I sent him everything that he needed as evidence of neglect but he told me that he couldn't do anything because he did not recieve funds from the other parties that were involved. After everything was done and over with, Tripp had an attorney to reached out to me concerning a review that somebody else left concerning him . He did not do any work and still got paid $750 from me. This man is more concerned about his pockets than people vulnerable love ones. Trip, My Family, and The Courts Failed Me. (I wrote This ) I was also threatened with legal action for this review if I didnt remove it.

Tripp participated in the delinquency of a minor. The minor has not had an abortion. BE CAREFUL!

Cy Rush and his staff worked diligently for me and my girls during a difficult divorce and subsequent modification. He was so knowledgeable of the law and is clearly respected in the legal community. He never gave up and went way beyond what an attorney would be expected to do. My deepest appreciation as we have been able to rebuild our lives. A fantastic attorney and an even better man.

Tripp Rush is not fit to being a guardian ad litem nor an attorney. He is suppose to represent “the best interests” of the children but never once visited the other parent house or talked to the children who are old enough to say who they want to live with. Tripp picks a side in a divorce and stick to it. He picks his “favorites” quickly. Coming from a well educated woman with a doctorate degree don’t waste your money on him, he want do the job correctly.

Down to earth and cares about wanting to help you. Young and enthusiastic make Tripp one of the best around.

If you need an attorney they have been in business a long time . Have a deposit ready but thays expected where ever you go ..
