I will NEVER use this firm EVER again they try to pocket all the money first I was told my case settled for 9,500 after I gave them hell now they say my case settled for 10,000 dollars Red Flag so they tried to pocket extra 500 dollars now that's justifiable!!!! Now here's where the BIG PROBLEM CAME IN AT when I asked to see the INSURANCE CHECK THAT THE INSURANCE COMPANY CUT TO THIS FIRM for my case THEY WILL NOT SHOW ME so people wake up for instance let's say they settled for 20k they going to tell their clients they settled for 10k so they taking 10k from you and pocketing 10k off RIP and still charging 3rd plus fees on the 10k they "SAID THEY GOT" OUT OF 10K I ONLY WALKED AWAY WITH 1500 DOLLARS LAWYER GOT 3300 AND chiropractors and hospital got the rest and possibly pocket other money that they got off your case without telling you

When I say that my experience with Mr.Darren and his team was beyond exceptional I mean that. When I first started getting help with my case through them I can honestly say that I was a bit skeptical, and it was mainly because of the reviews that I was reading about their firm. They have great customer service. They keep you updated regularly. Everything they said they were going to do they did in a timely fashion. I would definitely use them again.

My son (a lawyer) recommended I use Darren Odesnik at Kanner & Pintaluga after he had had a very positive experience with him, and I fully agree. Darren kept me apprised at each step, explained why the case was progressing slowly, and was totally professional and easy to work with. I am not a litigious person, and hope to never have to use them again -- but I would highly recommend them for someone needing a personal injury law firm.

I must say that I totally expected more from this firm. Very poor communication. It seemed like all hands on deck to get the case. Then fizzle days to respond. Thank goodness its over. And the 33% they got... Almost half of settlement was a lesson well learned.

This was the first time I ever got into an accident and needed a lawyer so I picked them since it was a name I heard all the time. They were very clear about the process and how it would go. Anytime I emailed I always received an email back that same day. Settlement was ok I thought I would have got more money than I did but I didn’t have medical insurance and they still made sure I was treated so the appts cost was outrageous so the lawyer needed up with a little more money than me. But overall I would issue them again and would recommend them to others.
