The best in town there was an adjuster at my house an hour after my accident. They took care of all my hospital bills and was left with a nice lump sum. Josmael Rodriguez was there for me all throughout my hardship and was comforting and real there isn't that many people left in town with their honesty. BTY I called the 9 people first and they blew me off kanner and pintaluga got me $22.000 Thank you so very much.

wouldn't recommend this Law Firm to anyone they do not have communication at all the only time Darren reach out to me after I left a nasty voicemail on his answering machine... I feel so stupid for going with this Law Firm then insurance company offered me 2500 I'll turn it down. and went with this law firm. and I only got back 2100 and the law firm got about 3000.. how the lawyer get more than the client ..if you know what I know do not go with this Law Firm it is the worst experience ever

This law firm is a complete scam. The attorney fees will be more than your personal injury check. Out $5,940 I received $1,300 that's robbery. Good Luck!!! There secretary is very rude and nasty. All of the five 🌟 rating are people who work for them. Scam artist.

This was a long process with my husband having another case that was kinda tied together with this one. Darren and staff made it easy and seemless. Darren always responded timely and explained everything in laymen terms. Darren was wonderful, helpful and most of all honest. He fought to get us the maximum on this case and it paid off. Shenondoah and I would like to thank Darren Odesnik for all his hard work and fighting for us during Shenondoah's accident he had in Aug 7, 2017. He fight tooth and nail for us to get the best possible settlement. Darren always communicated with us and always answered our emails. I know that he might have gotten tired of me emailing him asking for status, but he never showed any frustration at all, he was always willing to answer out questions even though it might have been several times us asking the same questions. Darren was very direct with concern concerning my case, we weren't pleas of the outcome that State Farm didn't pay the full amount but other than he was very helpful on there matters as well, over all I would like to thank him an your staff for the courtesy he showed me though out the first proceeds that was given to me. On behalf of the rest, was a little upset concerning of the disemburstment of the check, the time frame or when it was to be issues and delivered was a little issue but other that your staff did a excellent 👍 job.

The slackest lawyer office ive ever dealt with, they dont return your call and they are also very dishonest I've attempted to contact them on several different occasions and havent gotten a response yet

I want to personally thank Darren Odesnik and his team, through this battle he has done everything possible to help me through this trying time. I am grateful and am happy with their services, I recommend this firm to anyone in need of legal services such as, slip and falls, workman’s comp, car accidents they will help you through the hard times.

This is the worst law firm I have ever came across. They took my accident case they were responding at first and emailing promptly the first week of meeting them. They made a impression that they were going to win the case a week later of calling the customer service rep that answers the phone looks up my account puts me on hold and comes back and say that the law firm can't represent me because of the passenger that was in my car who filed a case with them also but to make a long story short they gave my info to another law firm who didnt take the case and never once did they contact me to inform me of what they were doing. Once I spoke with the insurance company they really didnt want to represent me because of a mistake on the police report. I highly recommend no one to this law firm they are very unprofessional, cant be trusted and I wish I could have rated them -000😡😡
